Georgi Mihaylov is  PhD, Assistant Professor of Theory of State and Law. Political and legal teachings." at Faculty of Law and History, South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.

He teaches “General Theory of Law", "Introduction to Law" and "Fundamentals of Law" for 11 years in Faculty of Law and History, South-West University “Neofit Rilski”. He has research experience in research projects, some of them are: researcher in project ”Social agri-entrepreneurship for people with disabilities in the crossborder area (AGRI-ABILITY)”, 2014-2020; researcher in project “Comparative analysis of current issues related to the fundamental human rights and freedoms in contemporary Europe”, Law and history faculty, South-west university “Neofit Rilski”, Blagoevgrad,2019; He is a member of Union of Scientists in Bulgaria and Union of jurist in Bulgaria.  Georgi Mihaylov is the author of 24 articles and a monograph in the field of lawmaking and legal theory. His research interests are in the field of quality legal regulation, reflecting the normative force of the factual.
