Kristina Misheva LL.M, PhD is an Associate Professor at the Business Law Department at the Faculty of Law at Goce Delchev University in Stip, Republic of North Macedonia. Graduated at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje, where she earned her LLM in Business Law and PhD in Law.
Dr. Misheva has successfully passed the Judicial Exam by the Ministry of Justice, Republic of Macedonia. She teaches and conducts research in the area of Company Law, Finance Law, Regulation on Financial Institutions and Markets, Banking Law and, most recently, in the area of Health Law.
Dr. Misheva is a member of the Programme Committee for various international scientific conferences and she has been member of the Organizational Committee and member of the Programme Committee at the annual faculty internatonal scientific conferences “Social Changes in the Global World”. Dr. Misheva has participated in numerous domestic and international scientific conferences.
She is an author/co-author of numerous articles presented at international conferences and published in conference proceedings and international scientific journals. Specifically, she is the author of the monograph, “Investment Funds - Legal Aspects,” co-author of book section, “The Application of International Law in Macedonia” co-author of the research book entitled ”The Practical Training of the Students at the Law Faculties in the Republic of Macedonia” and co-editor and author of book section in “Toward effective cyber defense in accordance with the rules of law” .
She was one of the co-directors of the NATO SPS ATC (G5617) titled “Toward effective cyber defense in accordance with the rules of law” that was held in Ohrid in November 2019. Present, she is an academic project coordinator for the Jean Monnet Project "EU e-Health Law and North Macedonia: From Current Practice to Implementation".
